Rumor has it Digital Fusion takes bribes from clients

August 3, 2011 By Phil Taylor

Constable Smith of the Christchurch police department got word of a meeting between Digital Fusion and Lone Star happening in the early hours on Friday morning.

Smith taking an educated guess, could only assume that there would be an exchange of sweet and tasty cupcakes.

Passing on his suspicions to Chief Webber, it was decided to take drastic measures and raid the new offices of Digital Fusion in the hopes of catching both companies.

Unfortunately with the heavy traffic and state of the roads in Christchurch, Smith arrived late. The meeting had been over for a while and the only evidence found was an empty box full of crumbs and one photo on a digital camera.

Only one official statement was made by a member of the Digital Fusion team. Phil muttered these words “mate, they were Yummeeeeeeee! Now if you don’t mind, I’m going to get back and write some more code” as he licked the chocolate icing off his fingers.

Returning to the precinct at smoko with no cupcakes, Smith was suspended for two weeks.

Three conclusions where made from this sting..

1. Digital Fusion does take bribes but as the evidence isn’t concrete enough to please a local judge, the fine men at Christchurch police department will have to carry on with the investigation.

2. Going from the photographic evidence on one digital camera, the high quality and delicate style of the cupcakes matches that of only one perp: Kerry Wellman. If you see this woman, please inform your local authorities.

3. That Lone Star aren’t just a bunch of cowboys, they can bake good too.
