Announcing Custom D - our new web company!

By Craig Saunders, 15 October 2014

Hi,

I'm absolutely thrilled to introduce "Custom D", a new business that we're creating to focus on building more engaging web sites and applications.

Custom D is a brand new business spun out from the web team at Digital Fusion - it's the logical way to get a clearer and more powerful message out there about extent of our capabilities and experience.

Custom D inherits all the goodness of Digital Fusion and will focus on all things web. And the crew at Digital Fusion will now have a clearer mission — being one of the best FileMaker development teams on the planet.

We’ll be sharing resources, knowledge and the coffee machine, working as closely together as ever. There will be plenty of combined projects that span FileMaker and web, and for the time being we'll keep things in one place for you through Tasman and our billing processes.

Julie will be heading up the new company as Managing Director, with Sam as Technical Director, and Matthew taking charge of new business and looking after all our existing customers. The other members of the team are Tim, Robert, Phil, Josh, Glen and Cindy. While I won't personally be involved in the day to day running of Custom D, I'll still be a significant shareholder and a Director of the new company.

It’s early days but the team are up and running in their mission to help you 'rock the boat' in your industry or just do things better online. The new web site is online at www.customd.com, there are new contact numbers and you'll start to see communications from Custom D.

Everyone here is excited about the change - Custom D has that 'start up air' to it, but with the benefit of plenty of work on the books and a team that well and truly know what they're doing.

For the most part it'll be business as usual, but drop us a line or give us a call if you've got any questions...

Cheers
Craig
