What we do

We help businesses improve their systems, efficiency and sanity with tailor-made FileMaker solutions. Every day we’re designing, building, and refining software that people rely on to get their jobs done.

We don’t expect you to know FileMaker already. We’ll train you from the ground up. We’re simply looking for smart, thoughtful developers with a good technical foundation, a feel for user experience, and a knack for problem solving.

What it’s like here

You’ll be part of an in-office team — we collaborate a lot, so we work best together in the same space most of the time. That said, we’re flexible when you need to work from home.

The role

This job combines coding, design, business analysis, and user support. You’ll work directly with clients and users to understand their needs, build intuitive systems, and iterate toward excellence.

In this role you will:

• Design and develop custom applications using Claris FileMaker
• Work directly with clients across a range of industries
• Analyse business processes and design software to match
• Build clean, efficient user interfaces people love using
• Support and refine existing systems over time

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has programming skills (language agnostic — we’ll teach you FileMaker)
• Understands relational databases (bonus points for SQL, JSON, APIs)
• Cares about user experience and UI design
• Communicates clearly and kindly — listening is just as important as explaining
• Can analyse a problem, design a solution, and work independently when needed
• Is curious, reliable, and wants to make a difference
